COVID-19 Protocols: Your safety is our priority. To create a safe environment for our visitors and team, we have implemented comprehensive health and cleanliness protocols consistent with government recommendations.   • Significantly reducing the number of visitors who enters our facility.
  • Wearing a face mask & social distancing is mandatory.
  • Keep a social distance of 2 meters apart from other groups.
  • While waiting to enter, please stand on the sticker placed on the ground when in queue.
  • Staff will be wearing masks and gloves at all times.
  • Staff will maintain high level of personal hygiene.

Yes! All visitors ages 2 and up and team members are required to wear a face-covering while inside our facility at all times. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own face covering. Those who do not have their own can purchase a World of Wonders branded face mask. Anyone refusing to use a face covering or face shield will be asked to leave the show. Visitors who take their mask off for pictures will be asked to leave.

We advise GA ticket-holders to arrive 15 minutes prior to their specified time space. Arriving 30 minutes PASSED your time block forfeits your admission & your must re-purchase a ticket. VIP ticket-holders are allowed to arrive ANYTIME of the day specified, we treat these admissions as day passes.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tickets are released on a rolling basis, and appear bi-weekly (every 2 weeks).

Visitors are welcome to stay as long as they please during their experience. Duration of the WOW varies: 20-60 min.

Outside food and beverages are prohibited within the facility.

Yes, with the exception of camera-free days, non-commercial photography for personal use is allowed. We do not permit selfie sticks, tripods, props, or lighting equipment.

Large bags are not permitted. Our coat and bag check is currently closed and we are unable to hold personal items.

Yes, we allow strollers.

We do not allow pets. We do allow service and emotional support animals.

TICKETS & BILLING

As part of our COVID-19 wellness protocol, we are not accepting cash; all transactions are credit- or debit-card only.

All ticket sales are final.  Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All sales are final – we do not accept any exchanges or returns.

Only tickets purchased directly from Wonders of the World (El Toro Flicks LLC) will be valid for entry.  At least one member of each group must have an ID matching the name on the tickets.
